Hughes & Associates is a progressive & developing Commercial Law firm.

Established by Daniel Hughes, this niche legal practice recognises and provides comprehensive, cost effective, legal advice in a coherent and efficient manner.

We advise both personal and business clients. In each case, our advice is based on a practical approach with the principals of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity to the fore.

We are passionate about the law and in providing our clients with the very best legal advice and guidance. We believe in putting our clients first and testing and pushing the boundaries of law, where necessary, to achieve the very best results on their behalf.

We understand that each client is different. We believe that we can quickly understand and assess your needs and provide advice and solutions that are tailored to your individual circumstances.

Through business acumen, sharp legal assessment and hard work, there is almost always a common ground to be found between both respective parties in any commercial/civil dispute. This can ultimately avoid the necessity and cost of prolonged court litigation.
